This morning, I drank another glass of tapwater before heading out to start my day, and was greeted by this sign in the lobby:

"Until further notice."

I'm sure they'll give us a discount on our rent for the inconvenience.

A-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA... oh, man, sometimes I just slay me. *tearwipe*

Yeah... we could complain to Ray. And he'd say "Hey, it's not my fault, man...I'm tired of dealing with these things."

I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon. Say, in October. Of 2010. Shitheads.

I'm-a kray-zay. Also, I'll be washing my dishes in it, too. I'll try to seal my mouth with duct tape when I shower.

P.S. - Congratulations on still being alive! I was growing concerned.

Canadians are dependent on Canadda water. Canada water has trace amounts of antifreeze. The buildup in our systems over the summer is what allows us to survive the winters.

It's much like bears and hares putting on weight and fur over the summer to get through the winter.

Only for us, the "molting" process in the spring turns our pee fluorescent green.

Yeah, I was thinking some other means of message conveyance other than "Hope they see this note by the elevator" might have been more effective. Espcially since I had already brushed teeth, drank twice (at least), gargled with after mouthwashing, etc.

But hey, they're sorry for the inconvenience, so it all balances out.

We've only ever got one call from the super, right after we moved in. He phoned at 7AM in the morning on a Saturday to ask us if we had cats, 'cause someone had been throwing kittylitter off the balcony...
