duck eggs? i believe they can be found at the pike place market, either at the little dairy store in the sanitary market or at the butcher's by market spice tea. i could be wrong, but i don't think so...i think the roosevelt whole foods also has them, if that's not the one you tried.

and they are 20 times more delicious than chicken eggs! you'll never look back.

We did find quail eggs at the dairy store at Pike Place Market; they normally have duck eggs, she said, but they're hard to find in winter. Still: success! \o/ Thanks!

Thank you! It's only been two days and I already hate it. Hee. First week is the hardest, that's what I'm consoling myself with.

Good luck with the food plan! Duck eggs are yummy. I have no idea where to get them, but yummy!

Those zoo pictures are gorgeous. The wolves are never out when I go.

And as much I LOVE your puppy mood theme, I must note that "Sleepy" looks much more "I'm about to devour your head feeble human" then he does sleepy.

2-3pm on a cloudy week day for the wolves was apparently what it took. Heh. And I did manage to find duck eggs; Seattle has multiple place to acquire them. Awesome.

True. Watch out for those human-eating puppies!

good luck with your new diet! it sounds well thought-out and smart. cutting out sugar hurts a LOT at first, so be prepared for headaches.

owl! wolf!!! *LOOOOVES*!!!!!!!

Roy Scheider *sadface* very interesting that he was fighting the same rare cancer that killed both my mom and my hubby's late wife. hmmm.

Fortunately I didn't eat a TON of sugar before, but I'm already feeling the difference. Thanks!

And, yeah, I was sad about Roy Scheider, too. I'm sorry to hear that about your mom and mother-in-law.
