Pretty wolf!!

You are cutting so much out of your diet! That would be really tough. I wish you luck!

are you sure the kirkland pcc doesn't have them? i'm surprised because i know we carry them at the view ridge store which is much smaller. either way, having them at my local store means PCC does have a supplier for them, so if the kirkland pcc is in a convenient location for you, you can probably talk to the dairy person and special order them, especially if you're going to be eating them regularly.

They normally have them, but everybody's out because it's winter. We did manage to snag some at the Greenlake PCC. Whew. Thanks!

I hadn't heard about Roy Scheider. That's so sad. I just watched Jaws about a week ago when TCM aired it, and it reminded me how much I loved it.

Re: your diet -- since you're cutting out stuff like dairy and almonds, it would probably be a really good idea to take calcium (with Vitamin D) supplements. And I hope these changes make you feel a whole lot better!

Jaws is a great movie, but ruined me for large bodies of water.

AHH has me all hopped up on supplements *g*, but I'll confirm that calcium/vitamin D is one of them. Thanks!

Do any of you have a reliable source of duck eggs around here? I'd appreciate any leads!

I've never been able to find any, but I think I may try zabira's suggestion, as well...

I am eating a Candida-health diet (which means yeast-free) and also taking out my major food allergens as well. That's going to be quite a change! On the plus side, there are tons of gluten-free products available out there now... oh! You do know about Mona's Gluten-Free store up in Woodinville, don't you? I've never been inside, but I see it every time I head up to Top Foods or Barnes & Noble ( ... )

We ended up getting quail eggs down at Pike Place and found some duck eggs at a different PCC. Hard to find in the winter, though!

I did NOT know about the Gluten-Free store: awesome! Thank you so much! (And for the herbed chicken suggestion as well; can't wait to try it.)
