I spent all morning in class with the most annoying person! We were having a discussion in class about the symbolic and paradoxically aspects of William Apess's "An Indian's Looking Glass for the White Man" an essay we were analyzing. I hate professors that make you read a 50 page chapter in those big ass books for your first meeting then expect you to read the next 50 page chapter for the next meeting two days later. I mean I read really fast, and love to read, but it gets very hard when you have 5 other classes all expecting the same damn thing! UHG! -

Well classes started for me today. Yea I know it seems like I just started my break. So much for that. I had a 3 hour lab this morning for Astronomy, which is fun but not when it means I have to get up and be gone for a 9:30 am class. Narnia!
I saw Narnia yesterday down in LA at the El Capitan Theatre. It was really great! The museum is there with all of the props from the movie so I got to see all the dresses and weapons and some of the masks the minotaurs wore. It was really amazing. Belated Happy New Year!!
I am back from Texas! Yay! I was so tired of being gone, it was a very busy trip, very crazy. It was great to see my brother graduate BMT (Basic Military Training for the Air Force) and spend time with him. He seemed to have matured a lot the last several weeks. He was much easier to relate to and talk with. I enjoyed my time with him, more than I ( Read more... )
