Ok I went this weekend to go see The Family Stone with my parents and I have to admit it was hilarious and I loved it! My parents think that Rachel McAdams role was absolutely written for me. My dad couldn't help but laugh at all the similarities between the two of us, right down to what she was wearing in the morning and to her bad attitude at being kicked out of her room and woken up early due to loud noise.
Then I spent all day yesterday reading my psychology homework but was interrupted when the kitchen sink broke and began spewing food in all directions. So we spent the entire night trying to fix the clog and finally managed to get it under control long enough to wait for today when the roto-rooter guy could come. So I am now sitting here hiding from the loud obtrusive noise of the rooter as the guy snakes out the roots from the tree out front. Tons of fun I must tell you. I did get to sneak away earlier and go to the gym for an hour so I do feel like it wasn't an entirely wasted day waiting for the roto-rooter. Now I must run off and read my chapters for my women's art class for tomorrow. Fun, fun, fun.
