I am a big fan of Ursula from The Little Mermaid. I actually did "Poor Unfortunate Souls" one time for the Music Festival. So this may very well be one of the funniest things I've ever seen. The editing is just amazing. Not just the lipsynch, pretty much every shot is perfectly matched to the lyrics, and the result is... well, just check it out.

I mentioned that I got a bunch of old anime songs from this website, and here's one of them. A lot of people on this list (I hope) have seen Millenium Actress; this is the ending theme. Hearing it during the credits only made me cry harder.
