I am a big fan of Ursula from The Little Mermaid. I actually did "Poor Unfortunate Souls" one time for the Music Festival. So this may very well be one of the funniest things I've ever seen. The editing is just amazing. Not just the lipsynch, pretty much every shot is perfectly matched to the lyrics, and the result is... well, just check it out.
