*CUE MALICIOUS GLEE*

Is it petty to hope for the abject failure of a film, even if it's because that film is racist? I don't know. But either way, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that movie-goers will agree with the critics on this one.

Sooooo, on Friday I watched Dollhouse! Pretty much all I have to say is that if anyone but Joss Whedon was writing this, I would be so, so skeeved out. I have to write a paper for Film Studies, and one of the choices is Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. So I watched it tonight for the first time. GREAT MOVIE. Really interesting from a feminist perspective, but also just incredibly entertaining and fun. Loved the costumes and the musical numbers.
