I watched a movie tonight!
I'm entirely not surprised that this movie got no press or recognition: there aren't a ton of explosions or breasts, and long stretches of the beginning especially are uneventful and/or silent. It's just a guy on the moon. Like 2001, but without totally blowing your mind with metaphysical speculation.
I loved it. It's probably the loneliest movie I've ever seen, and Gerty is the best movie robot since WALL-E. The station has an incredible depth of detail. Also, I almost cried. So yeah, I highly reccommend it.
