I'm back from Chicago, where I attended the wedding of B&A. They both looked lovely and the ceremony, a Quaker-style wedding, was very nice. I'm very fond of Quaker-style weddings. I filled 5 giant leaf bags tonight, armed with nothing more than a broom and dustpan. I won something! I can't believe it. I never win things. Anyway, I should be getting a bluetooth headset for my iPhone.

Last night I went to a friend's house for games night. When I got came home, I drempt of playing Chemists' Scrabble, where the letters are used not to spell words, but molecular formulas in the SMILES format. But . . . why does winning feel so much like losing?

So the 1" of snow forecasted for my area has become 4" and the snow continues. I don't really mind, though I wish the snow had come on a work day rather than the weekend.
