Ben & Amelia's Wedding
I'm back from Chicago, where I attended the wedding of B&A. They both looked lovely and the ceremony, a Quaker-style wedding, was very nice. I'm very fond of Quaker-style weddings. It was also wonderful to see so many Bloomington friends now that so many of us have traveled far away. I've missed them a great deal.
I've spent a great deal of time over the last week working on the groom's coat and vest. I'm quite pleased with how they turned out, as I'd been nervous as the outfit came together that the fit would be off or he would suddenly hate them once he saw them. He wore personalized converse sneakers with them, which I thought added a neat feel to the overall outfit.
I really miss having a real camera. I think I need to bite the bullet and fix my Olympus or replace it. I'm sad to miss out on so many awesome pictures.
