Forgot to mention that I'm again stepping up the daily workouts (mostly cardio 30-40 minutes with some resistance training). I'm diabetic; this is not optional. Even wrote myself a note saying, "5 days a week. Of course you don't like it. Way to go on taking strides! :-) I can so relate... I've been equating morning exercise with washing my hair, which is the only way I've been able to accept the inevitability and necessity of exercise. It's also how I forgive myself when I skip a day or two; See, if I blow off my shower for a couple of days, I don't decide that I'm a hopeless ball of dirt and no amount of showering will ever get me clean and resign myself to wallow forever in pit stains - no, I get right back in the shower and wash off the accumulated grime, and continue bathing as needed from there. :-)

Keep it up! I'll be there, cheering for you, and trying to keep up with you! *hugs*

That's a great analogy! Will try to bear in mind as I keep on truckin. Also liked cluegirl's garden analogy... well worth the reread. Will share the thoughts with you if you haven't already seen.

mornings are easier. the first half of my jog is in my sleep, and by the time I really wake up, I'm too far from home to turn back. heeheheh.
