Forgot to mention that I'm again stepping up the daily workouts (mostly cardio 30-40 minutes with some resistance training). I'm diabetic; this is not optional. Even wrote myself a note saying, "5 days a week. Of course you don't like it. Do it anyway."
We've got a gym here at work, but I don't get lunch hours regularly enough to make that viable. After work I don't want to breathe corporate air anymore; I cannot force myself to it more than once in a blue moon. (And since I frequently have Tempest biz in the evening it gets even trickier.)
As much as I loathe mornings, that's the most practical option 75% of the time. My day doesn't have a chance to take on its own life and interfere. Plus it's easier if I do it while I'm still asleep. LOL
