I am loving this story and adore this update. The way that you describe Jasper is wonderful, the reader can feel the uncertainty and the angst just rolling out of him.

I also really like the fact that you have Alice not already being a vegetarian - during the discussions on sirenprincess's journal I'm always glad to find a likeminded person on that subject :)

Another beautiful chapter! You have a great, and honest Jasper voice. If they ever did a J/A spin off, this story could be the screenplay.

*hugs*

This was well worth the wait. From the start you show that the only thing that can snap Jasper out of his self loathing is his concern for Alice, that Alice thinks it is her fault; his concern is constant. You also show Jaspers struggle to believe in Alice; the yearning but the fear of rejection and loss. Also your scene wher Alice realises what Jasper suffers when he feeds is strong. It was the make or break time to Jasper, letting her know what he perceives as his greatest weakness. Alic’s love wins through of course ( ... )

You right the perfect most realistic Jasper I have ever read outside of the actual Twilight saga.

His pain is so real and dark. You can see how it could only ever be Alice who could save him. And save him she does, too stubborn to let even Jasper ruin things

Beautiful as always. I love it!
