It feels like yesterday, but it's been 9 years...
911... I recall being at work & hearing about the 1st plane. We had a TV & witnessed the 2nd plane hit. I was in customer svc at the time, we dealt with some of the individuals from one of the companies in Tower 1 aka North Tower on floors 93-99 where Flight 11 hit. ...RIP

Explosion in Middletown, CT
What a horrific accident in my home state of Connecticut. My heartfelt sympathy and positive thoughts to the victims and family members in this tragedy.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Winter storm Albert is on its way to dumping 10-18" of snow in Connecticut.
And... Lisa and I just spent the last seven hours baking cookies. We made sugar cookie cut-outs, chocolate chip cookies with and without walnuts, and chocolate peppermint crinkles.

Winter Storm Demi
My little town of Coventry is expected to be in the bull's eye of this storm with snow accumulations of 12" to 18". Up to 10" will be on the ground for the morning commute with winds causing up to 2 foot snow drifts.
