It feels like yesterday, but it's been 9 years...
911... I recall being at work & hearing about the 1st plane. We had a TV & witnessed the 2nd plane hit. I was in customer svc at the time, we dealt with some of the individuals from one of the companies in Tower 1 aka North Tower on floors 93-99 where Flight 11 hit. ...RIP
