All Super powered beings are to sign up within twenty-four hours. All protesters will be declared Enemies of the State, hunted down, and incarcerated. No exceptions.

The mun has been reading through old Nexus logs and such, and came across the few big Nexus plots. IE: Attack of the Fangirls, the
ultimatesoldier arc with the fangirls being declared terrorists. And thought it would be fun to have a new Nexus wide event. Just for fun.
Anyone who'd like to take part as supporters, spectators, dissidents, reply here IC or OOC with suggestions and volunteers and such? Just have fun. *Totally exploiting Civil War*
