The cold and rocky prison that every terrorist mutant is brought too. Its cold, damp, and dark; with little or no kindness to be expected. The place is extremely well guarded, as soldiers constantly move back and forth on the walls and inside the compound. Each cell is designed to keep the mutant in it, their powers ineffective on making an escape.
