Yesterday I lost my phone somewhere between the car and the train. It was about to leave, so I couldn't run out and check around the ground. David got a text message last night saying that the phone had been found and we could pick it up at the civic center or such and such. We'll be calling there before we try to go get it, though. I went to a geek night last night til about 1 am. Came home, vegged for a bit, then went to sleep around 3 or so. I slept til 2 in the afternoon. Watched The Addams Family from the couch, since sitting at my desk seemed a bit much to ask of my body, then went back to bed until 7. Once again, I have been on the couch since getting up. I realized at 11:15 tonight that I forgot to tell the Hollises that David and I had a mandatory meeting tomorrow this morning. It starts at 9. I'm supposed to be at their place at 9. Today I was in a great mood on my way to work. I had my letter in hand (yeah, that one) and I was looking forward to seeing my kids. Even managed to catch the slightly-earlier bus, so I went to Vitamin Cottage down the street from BECC to kill ten or fifteen minutes before walking the last block to work.

Apparently 26 is the age to be these days.
Today had been slated for some time as 'David takes Karen shopping day'. And so it was. There was a sale, so I got TWO new pairs of jeans.
