Today I was in a great mood on my way to work. I had my letter in hand (yeah, that one) and I was looking forward to seeing my kids. Even managed to catch the slightly-earlier bus, so I went to Vitamin Cottage down the street from BECC to kill ten or fifteen minutes before walking the last block to work.

You ought to train yourself into eating breakfast. You probably won't like doing it for a while, but you'll get used to it, and eventually your body will start to feel hungry when you get up in the morning (and that's good!). Or just keep some small snacks on hand, like gorp. Then when people ask what you're having, you can say, "Gorp," and everyone will chuckle because it's such an adorable word.
