Hands are very stiff this morning, the left one especially.

It looks like we won't see paycheck until the 24th. Jay (understandably) is very stressed about it. Neither of us has very much cash, and, of course, people still want their money. Two weeks, and not even milk money...

Turkey, whole grains, bananas, peanuts, oats, and cottage cheese - tryptophan.

Oranges - vitamin C.

Chili pepper - capsaicin (releases endorphins to counter pain).
