Grandma's 70th B-day
My grandmother thinks 70 is a pretty big milestone birthday (she made a point of that for my grandfather's 70th). So, I thought I could try and do something, surprise wise, for her. Just a quick request....
A good friend of mine just let me know that her little girl (2 1/2) had to go to the hospital. Apparently she got double pneumonia and had to have a chest tube put in to drain the fluid. She had that done this afternoon and will be in ICU for a few days and then will require hospitalization for a couple of weeks. Just wanted to post so I can get ( Read more... ) -

Wow, time has just flown by and I realized I haven't made a post in a little while. So, what I've been up to....
People have loved the hair. I got compliments from just about everyone at work. It's nice, but it makes me wonder if my hair looked THAT bad before?! Geesh.... :-)

the weekend...and other ramblings
Well, as predicted we didn't finish the chairs. Oh well, we'll get it done someday! Overall we had a pretty lame weekend. Didn't really do anything too special. We watched a couple of movies and on Sat. night went over to a friends house for dinner. That's pretty much the extent of it (aside from a few chores around the house).
