People have loved the hair. I got compliments from just about everyone at work. It's nice, but it makes me wonder if my hair looked THAT bad before?! Geesh.... :-)

Good luck on the weight - its hard I know to get that motivation, but once you get on a roll, it gets easier.. I personally can't watch what I eat, I love food wayyyy too much. But working in exercise is a great idea! Good luck! I should do that too, esp since this weather is so amazing! I think a schedule is a great idea.. I tend to say I need to start working out, but then never have time.. maybe if I set aside time like you are doing.. hmmm.
Next time you come to Dallas - we'll have to meet up for coffee!

I'm with you on the food. I LOVE food and low-fat, low-cal recipes are just so blah. That's why I figured I would just concentrate on exercising more (or at all). I've done it before, so I'm sure I can do it again, I'm just older now so it will probably take more work.
We do have to meet up sometime! But it may be awhile, we've been leaving town WAY too much recently!
