If you've been exploring The City (which it seems like some of you have), you've probably noticed something being set up at the fairgrounds right outside the hustle and bustle. Workman have been setting up booths, tents, and stages. Various citizens themselves have been scurrying around, livening up the place with pumpkins, gourds, crepe paper,

Fuu's eyes were wide as she looked around the festival. She had already eaten a helping of cotton candy--she couldn't believe how sweet and fluffy it was!--and she had a candy apple in hand, licking at the caramel before she bit into it with a crunch.
"This is awesome! Everything looks so delicious and it's free!" Free food? It was just like heaven! Her mouth watered as she gazed at the large tables of pies and other fall treats, and her eyes lit up as she watched the rides and the games with prizes. Festivals in Japan were different, and this was like nothing she'd seen before!
"Ahhh!" She found a booth with several kanzashi on display, and she held up a pink silk flower and held it up to her hair.
"What do you think? Doesn't it make me look gorgeous?" Fuu grinned.
[ooc; especially a post for taciturn-ronin and ignoble (if Mugen-mun would like to join in!). ♥ However, duplicates are welcome, and canonmates are love!]

She twirled around and giggled like the teenage girl that she was. Meanwhile, Momo-san crept out of her kimono and sat on her shoulder, sniffing around the air.
"Have you ever seen a place like this? All the food's free!"
She bit into her apple, munching on it with relish. "And everything's so good! It's really different, though, but not bad. And since we found the katsudon place, at least we know there's food from home here too." As usual, Fuu liked to prattle on, while Jin and Mugen listened to her (and complained).

"I do, it suits you." He was enjoying himself, despite the strangeness of the situation.

Though the autumn festival didn't completely resemble the Oktoberfest in X's memory, memories of that celebration -- and Memento Eden, the island it'd been held on - were brought back nonetheless. There were no familiar faces around here, but it felt strangely relaxing to be out among the hustle and bustle nonetheless. He could feel the cheer in the air.
Being an android meant he didn't strictly need to eat, but X would occasionally sample one of the sweeter eats anyway. The caramel apples were particularly delicious; his current one had barely a bite or two taken out of it. The android made a mental note to brush his teeth when he got back to his apartment.
Well, the fall festival wasn't just food and decorations, X thought to himself as he looked around. The attractions could potentially be a lot of fun too. Which to try first...?

The sights, the sounds, the people, the merriment -- all these experiences were actually fairly new to Momo. Excitement bubbled within her; the atmosphere was infectious. Like a certain other robot elsewhere in the fairgrounds, she enjoyed the sweets in spite of not strictly needing the food. To her embarrassment, Momo had rather voraciously finished off the last puff of cotton candy some time ago, and had not yet decided to get more. Not yet. All things in moderation, he'd told her.
Now, of course, it was a matter of deciding what to do next, but maybe that wasn't necessary. The joyous atmosphere was plenty for Momo right now.
[oocness: naturally I'm presuming she's wandering ( ... )

The squirrel spread its "wings" and flew, aiming right for Momo's face.
Meanwhile, a girl ran after it, yelling in shock as it decided to cling to the new girl's face. "Ah! Momo-san! What are you doing?!" She chased after the rodent, gasping in surprise as she came across the girl with the . . . strange hair color.
"Ah, I'm so sorry about that! Momo-san!" Fuu called to her pet, beckoning her fingers.

[but I'm gonna assume that Momopet hopped off herself. =3]

"It's alright. I'm sorry for making such a fuss," said the pink-haired girl, who then leaned forward as she looked to the squirrel. "Is that your pet? He wasn't hurt, was he?"

Well, at least then. Nowadays, Elisa really hasn't had the time to do anything of the sort. It was a little bit of a culture shock for the female, walking around without much to do. Looking back and forth from ride to ride, she had to wonder if any of them would be of interest to her?
Elisa came to the conclusion that she really trained too much.

So with that thought in mind he clambered aboard the truck.
"Excuse me," he said to the first person he saw with an empty spot next to them. "Do you mind if I sit here?"

"Go on" She replied nonchalantly. Her eyes still locked on the book she's reading from the very start of the ride.

"I'm surprised to see you here, Miss Mordio." he said engagingly.
