If you've been exploring The City (which it seems like some of you have), you've probably noticed something being set up at the fairgrounds right outside the hustle and bustle. Workman have been setting up booths, tents, and stages. Various citizens themselves have been scurrying around, livening up the place with pumpkins, gourds, crepe paper,

Despite that, and the noisy, loud crowds as well as the possibility of a clue being nearby, Neku wasn't sulking, or even constantly glancing around the area with his eyes.
Instead, he merely followed alongside Joshua, quietly observing the almost... child-like excitement that had come about the Composer. Admittedly, there was a lot more excitement in the air than was norm, for a festival, but there was something about the way Joshua wandered from store to store with a wide eyed look of wonder just barely under the collected expression on his face that made Neku wonder if he'd ever done this before.
He'd just have to blame the city, for making him so soft that he wasn't willing to spoil his fun just yet.

Joshua would have been honest in that. He had never attended one, not since he died and took the title of the Composer. Yet, even in life he hadn't had reason to go to one. He wasn't apt in making friends, if his personality said anything. It was amazing at how the small things in life became something bigger after it was taken away.
"You have anything you want to do here, Neku~?" he asked as he glanced back at his companion.

Well, it wasn't like Neku had been to many after he'd hit his preteens, either. Even now, when he was honestly interested in the world's inside of others, he wasn't particularly comfortable with the crowds. If anything, Joshua was the only one aside from Shiki (and possibly Rhyme) who could have convinced him to come to such a thing.
"Whatever you want to do, really." He wasn't bothered and...the scouting around could wait. They had time, after all.
He totally wasn't being nice, not at all.

"It's been a while since I could enjoy a festival," She muttered to herself. She looked around for all of the attractions. For the sake of her paranoia she decided that the Haunted House and hayride were out, too much of a chance to be ambushed. They were almost a cliche set up really.
"Those look fun though," Achea looked at the Ferris Wheel and tilt-a-whirl in awe.

He didn't give off any malicious intent or vibes when he spoke to her, but he didn't want to get too close in case she was the anti-social kind per person. "It's certainly better than watching it though, don't you think?"

"Well, y-yeah I guess it'd be more fun to ride."

"Well then, let's go ride on them!"

Haunted house? Skipped. Ferris wheel? Skipped. Everything else? Might as well skipped.
The only places that Ichigo could have took an interest is the food court section. He is now slipped himself in one of the tent. Sitting calmly and staring at the scenery outside, where tons of people passing by.
[ooc : You could be the coincidental passer-by, or you could be someone that already inside the tent that realized that this bright haired guy is around you]

Sweet things were first, since it was the thing she got the least. Daifuku the vendor called it. Being so incited with the idea of eating something sweet, she wasn't paying much attention to the crowd moving about her. So, when she lifted the sweet rice cake for the tasting, it never made it into her mouth.
Someone, had bumped into her and sent it flying from her hand. "A-ah. Oh no." Now it was full of dirt.

With an widened eyes, Ichigo stared with a tiny bit of shock and surprise as he witnessed those event happened. Rose from his seat, he stepped out, approaching the poor girl.
"You okay?" He ducked down a bit, so that his height isn't all that different now.

"My snack." She look towards the little lump, before moving to pick it up. She couldn't eat it with dirt on it. "Do you know where a water fountain is?"

Still, she was more comfortable in a kimono as she wandered around the stalls, accepting food and looking at all of the other people there are to see. It was rather crowded, but she didn't mind. Festivals were fun! There were so many things to do and see that it was impossible to be bored, and at the end there were always fireworks. Rukia liked fireworks.
Besides, who cared that she'd come alone? It made it more fun! Though the rides looked sort of dangerous, the food and company seemed to be good; and for once, she didn't have to worry about a Hollow ruining everything.

When he was near enough, he decided to spoke a bit loud. Loud enough for her to hear him. "It's nice, isn't it?". He spoke, as his amber sphere locked in the beautiful scenery of the sky as well, captivated by the fireworks and the sparks they made.

"Yes. We don't have anything like this back home," she replied, leaving out the fact that back in the Soul Society, fireworks were a bit grander. Because you know, not being alive had to have some advantages. And things were always more subdued over there.
She hated to admit it, but she loved the mortal alternative.

"They don't? Never once?" Oh yeah now he contemplate again, fireworks... See Ganju Shiba for more detail. Not to mention that the Soul Reapers are busy.

That was Orihime's quiet assessment as she stared up at the creaking, rickety spires of the haunted house, beautifully lit up by the occasional stab of lightning.
Her hands were wrapped around a half-eaten and foil-wrapped baked yam, still warm to the touch. Flecks of the yam spotted her cheeks. Clearly she was enjoying this festival immensely if she hadn't even noticed the food on her face.
She didn't really want to go in alone; that much was obvious, considering she'd been standing outside the entrance with her head craned back for the last eight minutes. But she DID want to go in. She'd heard haunted houses were fun, and she wanted to be braver too.
Just...braver with someone else nearby. Nothing wrong with that, right?
(OOC: Yeah, she'll cling to any manly arms offered her way. Or, if it's super cheesy, she'll probably just laugh the whole way through.)

"Oh," he called out in friendly greeting. "Miss Inoue!"

"Flynn-san!" Orihime's face lit up in recognition of the fair-haired knight, her heart skipping a beat the moment she saw that cheerful smile. Abandoning her spot, she pattered up to Flynn. She was clearly happy to see him. "So you came to the fair, too! Are you having fun?"

He couldn't help but laugh at the chipperness of his young friend.
"I am," he chuckled, taking notice of the bits of yam on her face. "I take it you are as well?"
