We just had the storm of the century here in El Paso, believe it or not. The rain started Sunday morning and did not stop until yesterday around 6, I think. It rained really hard all day long from morning until about 2pm, then sprinkled after that. West El Paso, Canutillo, Sunland and parts of St. Teresa were flooded.
