I really don't understand my body right now. After work I was hoping to weigh and see a 194 or even a 193. But no. It was a high 195. I don't get it. I really don't.
I took 2 stackers at 11 and had an apple at noon. I drank water the rest of the night.
Should I eat a few hundred calories to trick my body or should I just stop. What if I crawl up
