I really don't understand my body right now. After work I was hoping to weigh and see a 194 or even a 193. But no. It was a high 195. I don't get it. I really don't.
I took 2 stackers at 11 and had an apple at noon. I drank water the rest of the night.
Should I eat a few hundred calories to trick my body or should I just stop. What if I crawl up even bigger tomorrow?
I know my body is in starvation mode because my ketone test said i was very high and in danger. So obviously my muscles are getting eaten and my brain but did I fuck it up by working out?!?! Is my body holding on to all that water because it hates me?! I know my metabolism is fucked but it has been for 10 years.
Idk what to do.
