Skipping today's weigh in. I feel huge and I'm still bloated from my workout last night. I was going thru my dietitians folder about how weight can be affected by certain things and weight lifting is one. "sore muscles or weighing in after weight training can have a bigger number on the scale. your muscles are holding water and lactic acid."
Also, ibuprofen or motrin can cause the kidneys to hold on to water.
There is no way I could have gained weight by eating 200 calories and exercising 1000 off...
