I had thought to use this journal as a place to keep track of interesting things to read. But it's a convenient place to put random other things. And really, with the stir in lj, fic-type things may have a better home elsewhere.

Anyway, I bought a selection of milk chocolate. This will be my review of them.

I'll have to remember these the next time I decide to make beef barley soup.

Heating chocolate or cocoa with water before using in a recipe (say, hot cocoa), makes the chocolate flavor more intense. Or so I'm told. I think I'm happy with chocolate in just about any way it comes. But, here's why:
