Cook's Illustrated January&February 2007 recommend:
Lee Kum Kee Tabletop soy sauce ($1.99/5.1 oz) and Ohsawa Nama Shoyu Organic ($6.49/10 oz).
They also recommend, with reservations:
Kikkoman All-Purpose ($1.79/10 oz) - which I like with sushi, I think. It's the brand label on almost all sushi restaurants I've been to that come to mind.
Pearl River Bridge Superior Light soy sauce ($1.99/16.9 oz) - this is the soy sauce in my house. I like it. I think it's good, but it's also a familiar taste. Home cooking.
I'll have to pick up one of the other two to try. When my current bottles run out.
