I just edited and uploaded a bunch of pictures from my digicam, so bear with me: there are several photo posts ahead.

Woohoo!

I thought you guys did a great job! Yours was one of the few numbers (included Carolina's and Megha's) where I got to see more of than just fingers and zils (or the occasional candle) sticking out from the top of the head of the Super Tall Dude who sat in front of me...

Thank you! What were you able to see? Veils? Floorwork? Or just that we had multiple people, so there were more possibilities to watch?

Well, no floorwork, sadly, unless I leaned so far over into Donan that I was poking her boobs with my head... and that just wasn't really the optimal viewing experience for either of us! (;

It was mostly because you guys had more people. I was surprised that so few of the soloists ventured over to the stage left side. (d_c_m did, but many of them stayed center and right of center, it seemed.)

Nice pics! I neglected to bring my camera, so all I ended up with were a few shots of my costume from when I got home that evening.

I'm bummed I didn't get to see much of your performance, since I was backstage. But I trust I shall get to see you guys perform again...

And yes, the workshop and the performance included many, many awesome things. Score on your Turkoman jewelry purchases! :)

You all were wonderful. nissinirvani and I got there a bit late because of work/traffic, and had to stand the entire time, and it was worth every second. Thanks so much for posting pictures -- I brought my camera, but didn't want to be rude, so I left it in my coat. Look forward to catching the very next performance I can!
