I really love Nia Shanks. She has a lot of wisdom about fitness. Like this: The “All or Nothing” Approach Has Failed, Miserably. It makes me feel positive about myself. Although at this point I've been fat for so long, nothing will change if I am slim.
Now if I could just create a program for myself and stick to it. That's another story.... -
Con Crud
Hello All. Well I have Con Crud. YAY! Not. I just came home from Gen Con 2016 and it was fabulous!!!! As usual.
