Last weekend we took our cockatiel, Chocobo, to a nearby small-bird rescue aviary. It's a lady who built a huge outdoor aviary for them, and seems to have a very good connection to her birds. Yay, there have been some developments in my house!

Dross (CP Tanning El, Grr's) has arrived, safe and happily sound.  He is absolutely gorgeous; CP tan skin is so dark!!  Not reddish like DZ tan at ALL.  He's definitely due for a faceup (previous owner had a darker vision than we prefer), but for now it's just awesome that he's here.

Okay so, I haven't taken more pictures of Cai, or really handled him much since his arrival.  I'm a bad doll-parent.  Part of this, however, stems from my love-hate relationship with his wigs.  His CanCan in red and black refuses to stay out of his face (and someone else has a T.
