It's that bit when Ianto is warning his sister to get the kids out of there and takes the time to warn the mysterious not-actually-MI5 people to also get their children out of there. Which is the act of a good guy, particularly when you consider that the not-MI5 have killed Jack several times already, nearly killed him and his colleagues, blown up his place of work and threatened his niece.

It's also very Ianto in that it's also a very efficient way of getting everything done.

I'm also very fond of Ianto to the rescue on a JCB from Day 2, I think.
