Finally (I think) hauled myself out of the puddle of angst I had melted into. Spring's coming and that helps. I saw two great movies today that I wholeheartedly recommend to you all.

I was at work late last Friday, prepared to have a pleasant (if unexciting) weekend, when I got an email from U Berkeley. The attachment graciously informed me that they would be unable to offer me a spot in their program for this fall. What was in the mail when I got home? A similar letter from U Washington.
