Today I had fruit bowl for breakfast, I didn't eat the whole thing and then menu said 100 calories which i doubt, but since i didn't eat the whole thing i guess it does equal 100. I had a salad with spray dressing(1 calorie per spray...120 the whole bottle!) and nuts for lunch. I have no idea how many green teas I had but I'm guessing around 4 or ( Read more... ) -

I just read my poetry on here from like 3 years ago and the poems are sooooo mother lickin' lame it's not even funny. I don't like posting poetry anymore. People steal. Blah
This summer I gained weight and then lost part of it. The loss was unintentional and the gain was just me being a pig.
Today I had 2 cups of green tea
Special K strawberry cereal with sugar free soymilk
Small salad with spray dressing and nuts
I feel hungry still
I might have another salad
About to walk the dogs

it has to last till the 22nd atleast
