I am extremely lonely. It seems silly and a little bit ridiculous, because I have some of my best friends around me. But I am lacking that feeling of being a part of something. Its hard because there isn't a whole lot I can do about it, I mean in general I am doing good, even great. But deep down inside I feel that loneliness sitting there -

We are a generation that is overstimulated, oversaturated, and obsessed with the ideas and concepts of being in love. Pop culture is absolutely infiltrated with the concept of love and the fairy tale story. So here is my question, has our culture created an unrealistic dream and expectation? frustration...
it seems to be the most accurate description for what I have been feeling recently. it feels like I am frustrated with everything and everyone! the main thing that I seem to be frustrated with, is myself. I am frustrated with other people because I want/need them to be something that they simply can't be.

Either way, the two trips I have taken in the last month fall into one of the two categories.
