If Z thinks one iota of you is out of shape, he needs his eyes examined. I say do everything but "lose 20 pounds" (unless, of course, you wish to).

Yes, I wouldn't mind shifting some weight, but being told I should is never going to do anything but backfire considering the perversity and contrariness of my nature. :)

I was, and have added Pilates into it. But I think thanks to my hectic work schedule my current diet of disordered meals and late-night dinners is not doing me any favours.

On the other hand, I am admiring from afar your nearing conquest of Rivendell.

Ah! it is so horrendous when one's child is unwell! I feel for you. As the parent of 2 I understand what you are going through. We think that there should be a hospital wing named after our rabbit seeing that we have been to St George's and St Thomas' so many, many times.

At lease your seal is on the mend-- your own mental scars take longer to fade! LOL
