[Canada doesn't stop her throw-and-catch routine. In fact, thinking about the whole "alone" thing, she starts to throw the ball harder. Emotions suck.]

[Catching the ball again, she keeps it as she glances at her sister.]

[Lithuania is watching the game a bit curiously. It's not one she's familiar with, but considering how unhappy the other nation seems, she's not sure she should walk up and ask. Not to mention she was taking out frustrations via physical action herself not that long ago.]

[It takes a while before Canada catches on that someone is watching silently, and that's only when she has to all but jump to catch a poorly-placed bounce. Keeping the ball in the net of the lacrosse stick and breathing heavy, she straightens up and blinks at Lithuania.]

I'm sorry if I disturbed you, Miss Canada. I've never seen that game before.

It's fine. [She smiles briefly, sincerely, but her eyes stay hard and sad.]

This is one of the games of my people. The French settlers named it la crosse for us. No one in Europe really knows about it, though, don't worry.

[Ukraine was out walking, exploring and taking a mental map of where everything was in relation to other things when she happened upon the Lacrosse playing Canadian. She knew it was one of her games but couldn't remember the name very well with it's odd name.]

[But she remembers her Matvey, her Canada and some of the similar bouts of depression he'd get where he'd sulk and go play hockey until her dropped. Something was certainly up with Maggie and she was determined to find out in her non-confrontational way.]

[The sudden Ukrainian accent startles Canada to the point where she misses the ball, stumbling to a stop as it bounces away. Eyes wide as she looks at Ukraine, she takes a deep breath.]

Yuyuko was napping somewhere nearby when the maple cookie aroma started to pervade the area. Thusly does a half-asleep ghost princess float through the door, following her nose.

She is slowly homing in on the cookies. It is unclear if she is awake or not.]

[Canada takes notice of Yuyuko's entrance but doesn't think much of it. Until she realizes that America wasn't in there so the stranger probably wasn't a guest for her sister.

Shoving her lacross ball into her pocket, she keeps her stick in hand as she wanders into the ship, watching the... ghost princess thing lady.]

... Do you like maple, too?

It's okay. [She tries for a friendly smile.] Happens to everyone sometimes.

[If, by any chance, the ball happens to bounce off the wall and past Canada's net...

[Actually, yes, that does happen. Precisely as predicted.

And as Canada turns to retrieve it, stick still up and not noticing the elder woman, Prussia will be getting hit square in the cheek with the hardened net if she doesn't move fast.]

[The ball she can handle! The stick to the face, on the other hand, is an unpleasant surprise. She stumbled to the floor, clutching the side of her temple]

[That high pitched noise you just heard? Was Canada shrieking in surprise. And the clattering was her dropping the lacrosse stick and then dropping to her knees next to Prussia.]
