Movie watching...
Just watched a deliciously creepy vampire movie that's a perfect counterpoint to the seemingly ubiquitous sparkly/sexy vampire thing. It was "Let the Right One In," and it was awesome. Dark and disturbing, it's about as far from a Hollywood-style vampire movie as you can get. It's Swedish, and there's this wonderfully claustrophobic atmosphere, ( Read more... ) -

I loved Lewis and Hathaway in "And the Moonbeams Kissed the Sea," the episode from which I snagged this icon. When Lewis is invited to a party and told to bring someone, he shows up with Hathaway, hee. Lewis and Hathaway, both a little giddy on champagne, being facetious in perfect harmony. Phew...
Real life has finally eased up a little. Now that the big race is out of the way (finished, done, no more of that for a while), I'm feeling more fannish. The most recent focus of my fannish fascination is the BBC cop show Lewis, or Inspector Lewis, as PBS is calling it. It's a spin-off of Inspector Morse, a show I really liked as a teenager.
