I've been totally swamped with work this quarter, and haven't had much time for socializing, or tv, or... really much of anything besides work. Yesterday I got my hair cut for the first time in eleven years. I can tell it's shorter, but I'm not sure that it's actually that noticeable.

I like my school. I spotted this earlier this week, and have web-searched the department's website a couple of times this week to see if pictures had been posted yet. Looks like Slashdot found it before I did :-)

I feel bad saying that, and talking about how much fun I'm having here, when I know friends of mine are... not enjoying the grad school thing so much. Nonetheless....
