I feel bad saying that, and talking about how much fun I'm having here, when I know friends of mine are... not enjoying the grad school thing so much. Nonetheless....
Both my professors this quarter are too busy to assign homework, and I'm too lazy to make work for myself. So last Saturday, having nothing better to do, I went to
Natural Bridges State Beach.
I've been there 3 or 4 times already, but I didn't realize that there were tide pools on the far side of the beach until a friend mentioned it to me recently. So I spent an hour climbing around, and exploring the tide pools, and generally enjoying a beautiful day. While I was there, a friend of mine passed me on the beach, on his way out to do some surfing.
P.S.: I just noticed this on the above web site:
"Natural Bridges State Beach now offers AT&T Wi-Fi Service!
This service enables park visitors with wireless enabled laptop computers or personal digital assistants (PDAs) to access the Internet. Park visitors will be able to gain Wi-Fi access when they use a wireless device within about 150 to 200 feet of the Visitor Center in the park"
Is this really cool, or just plain wrong?
