I've decided to start exercising. One hour, every other day, on my treadmill. I've completed my second session and my stats are as follows:

Time: 1 hour, 2 seconds
Calories: 508
Calories from Fat: 158
Distance: 3.28 miles

Last time I was home for Christmas break, the air-co in my apartment went on the fritz and shut-off for two days.   Somehow, I managed to get a ticket to a very private (no more than twenty people) Josh Groban concert in San Antonio. It was at the AT&T center that seats thousands, but no more than twenty people were there to see him that evening.
