I've decided to start exercising. One hour, every other day, on my treadmill. I began on Monday and my stats are as follows:
Time: 1 hour, 3 seconds
Calories burned: 486
Calories from Fat: 152
Distance: 3.19 miles
I haven't disclosed my weight because this is primarily to feel less bloated, more energetic, and do something other than sitting on my ass infront of the TV. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but at this point, this is a good idea to tack on. Not only that, but I want to feel comfortable in my bathing suit when I take my trip.
I haven't really strayed off course with my eating habits. I've been drinking more water and some milk, but no cokes, artificially sweetened juices, or other sodas. I eat what I normally eat, only I drink a glass of water before every meal.
