Today was Thanksgiving. It has been a hectic week with the family visits and such. I really hate all this stuff, my dad's family is so loud, I find it difficult to keep from losing my temper with them. And nosy, ugh, if I wanted to tell them about my life I would. To find out about my Samhain check out my post in the ametrinemoon community. It was absolutely wonderful. One of the best sabbats I have ever had. I even added it to my memories if you want to check there. :)

Samhain is the Celtic new year and I really feel that this year is off to a good start and going to be a good one.

Frances has her 10th birthday in 9 days. We promised her she could have a small tea party at the tea room downtown. So she invited a friend and I took them to the tea room today. Well, we had a big fight; not good. But, then we had a good long talk and that was good. Things are better now and I think that all will be well. I am just waiting to see if he follows through with what he says he is going to do. I love him dearly and I do not want to see us part.

Sometimes, no matter how much you love a person, being with that person is not the best thing. No matter how much you may want the best for a person, if they do not want the best for themselves you are waisting your time. Instead of going for a walk today, I decided to light a little bonfire in the front yard. I lit the fire about an hour before sunset and sat and watched the flames while I watched the sun sink in the horizon.
