i've been stretching every morning for... about a week now. maybe a week and a half, i'm not sure. at first it was rough going - muscles didn't want to relax long enough to actually unwind, especially while cold in the morning, and that was frustrating. then i had my massage on tuesday, and i was reminded why i pay for those once a month. (
