Yeah, because the woman who would rather die than abandon her son would totally be neglectful if he wasn't "The Boy Who Lived". For that matter, why are they so sure his twin is the Boy Who Lived? Why would you assume that the kid who only got scarred by the killing curse couldn't possibly be the one who somehow (since Lily didn't die) defeated Voldemort? And given that James and Lily are both alive and healthy, there's no one who died, so why would anyone come up with the moniker "the Boy Who Lived" in the first place
