Ack, your poor back and tendon. *pets gingerly* Take care of yourself, and best of luck with your work deadlines.

I loved meeting you! *hugs*

My back is fine, but I'm still limping slightly. But hey, it's not all bad: I have an excuse to walk slowly and avoid heavy lifting. :)

It was fabulous meeting you! ::virtualbounce::

Glad you had fun at the con. So sorry about your back.

Re: Eureka I really enjoyed the pilot and plan to continue watching. I have the second episode recorded and will probably watch a little later today.

Thanks for the sympathy! My back is better, but I'm still limping a bit.

Eureka has an intriguing premise and interesting plots and characters, but the execution seems forced (for example: I loved the idea of Fargo and the Smart House in ep. 2, but the humor didn't feel natural, know what I mean? The actors are still "feeling their way" into the characters)

But I think it's promising, and I'll keep watching for a while longer. After all, as my friend sothe reminded me, who knew from the first few episodes of Babylon 5 that it would become one of the greatest SF series of all time?

I missed you! I'm sorry you couldn't attend Writercon; as you've probably figured out if you've had time to read others' con reports, we had a total blast. The con was a resounding success, both on the social and writing fronts.

I hope you had a good time at the wedding!
