Server is back up.

When I asked someone there to reboot it, they pulled the power from the wall and then plugged it back in (which is what I asked them to do). But they didn't actually check that it started back up.
Once I was there, it was a matter of 30 seconds to feel the case for a hum and press the power button.

Not able to pay cell bill at this time.
